A light cruiser in the 3rd Assault and Suppression Fleet. Flint, with her sister Oakland, often screen larger ships and lead destroyers in the operations she is assigned. Her mental model is sustained by New Hampshire, and portrays a girl in her late teens, and has a bubbly, cheerful personality.
