Fleet of Fog Dallas

A fictional design for a Portland class in an RP between myself and Scattergunsniper. Curtis Fletcher, my OC, had nanomaterials linked to his DNA accidentally by one of his own OCs, Asashi, and he eventually developed mental model-esque traits, and could control his own ship. Eventually, he became fully fledged mental model, and designed a utility ship with the help of Indianapolis, and became the USS Dallas.
